Teletherapy

Sessions are provided in a supportive, confidential, and collaborative space.

At this time, services are offered via telehealth. These sessions are conducted using a HIPPA compliant confidential video chat system, and at times via phone.

I am a licensed Social Worker in the State of Oregon. Therefore, I can only provide teletherapy services to Oregon residents.

Please note that insurance may dictate session frequency or duration.
